Swee & My diet
It was nice seeing Swee yesterday when we went for drinks & dinner. She's the same, she hasn't changed much except she's a lot thinner now. Too bad that Kin, Yi Ming, Simon and Ray couldn't make it, but hopefully we should all be able to turn up at Gill's gathering to catch up. Please visit my homepage for photos I took yesterday.Anyway, I have restarted my diet again today. Well, I always want to lose a bit more weight but it kind of stalled during the winter months. Now that it is summer, it should be easier to diet and I no longer have excuses for not eating salads because it is too cold. =) I don't actually mind having salads for lunch, but there aren't many choices near work. It used to be better when I was working in the Strand, there are more places to buy salads. Maybe I need to explore the surrounding areas to see if I can find places that sell nice salads.
